This is Part 3 of “Earth Changes and Timelines.” At the time I sent out Parts 1 and 2 on May 1 and 5, I did not know there would be a Part 3. Similarly, when I received the first 11 Messages in 11 days in 1999, I didn’t know there would be more after that. And now, so many years later, even more is being revealed that has actually existed all of this time.

At the moment a creation comes forth from the Mind of God, all of the logic branches are traced and all of the details are laid down in alternative realities, including alternative versions of ourselves. But as single points of awareness within linear time, we only discover the details of our individual experience as we make the journey itself, moment by moment and step by step, responding to what shows up.

Penny Kelly was there in Michigan all this time, doing what she does, and although I was born and raised in Michigan, after I finished college, I was living in many other places in the USA. Neither of us was aware of each other or the work we are both doing until earlier this month, when someone Penny knows suggested that she look at the Operation Terra website. When she did, she had an OMG moment (her term for it), as she recognized that I had received the same information that she had been given, but had hesitated to speak about as fully as I have.

I became aware of Penny and her work when an unusally large number of people signed up for the OT News mailing list, beginning on July 21. One of those people wrote to thank me for the information on the Operation Terra website, so I asked her how she had found out about it. She sent me a link to Penny’s July 21 Shaping Reality podcast, which I listened to.

In that podcast, Kimberly Montgomery referred to the Beyond Mystic episode that Penny had done with Jean Claude the night before, so I listened to the first part of that, also. In both of those podcasts, Penny shared her discovery of the Operation Terra website, and many of her listeners then found their way to it.

I felt an inner push to connect with Penny directly, so I reached out to her through her website contact form, and that led to us talking to each other via Zoom for over an hour on Sunday, July 27. She was kind enough to give me a pdf of her 2005 book (Robes) ahead of time, which allowed me to identify the places where our respective paths were similar and where they differed. This enabled me to see more of the bigger picture, which is what this mailing is about.

I have been told that there are FOUR timelines that will experience a Pole Shift. I discussed three of these timelines in the mailings that were sent out on May 1 and May 5, 2025. There is a public archive of all OTNews mailings since May of 2019 at https://operationterra.com/dada/mail.cgi/archive/otnews/ where you can read both of those mailings to provide the background for this one. If you haven’t already done so, I recommend that you read both of those mailings first, in order to understand what I am referring to in this mailing. (You might want to bookmark that page for future use.)

In Part 2 of “Earth Changes and Timelines”, the Hosts had said:

There are only two future fourth-density planets that will arise from the present third-density version of Earth. One is the one we have spoken about at length, namely Terra, the “new Earth” referred to in your Bible. The other fourth-density planet is the one that the STS entities will go to. The other ten “futures” are all third-density ones. They offer more explorations of third-density experiences, and the Planet X scenario leads to a third-density future.

The scenarios that Weston Warren and Marshall Masters describe are both toward third-density futures. Weston Warren has done two interviews at usawatchdog.com. (You can find them by typing “Weston Warren” in the search box at that site.) At 48:55 in the April 12 interview, Warren says (my emphasis):

“As it’s inbound, the anomaly will grab Earth’s magnetic polarity. That’s why the magnetic north pole is slowly moving, because it’s being influenced by this electromagnetic emitter — about 35 miles a year. It used to be in Canada. Now it’s in Siberia.

It will get magnetic polarity to the Earth and it will tilt the Earth from the 12 o’clock position to the 3 o’clock position. It will gain polarity of the Earth over our Sun, tilt the Earth from 12 to 3 for maybe 2 ½ to 3 weeks. As it jettisons out of our solar system, the Earth will go dark for three plus days.

The Sun is emitting its radiation, its electromagnetic energy, but [the energy is] diverted to the core of the anomaly for three plus days, and this is what slingshots the Black Star out. But on Venus, Earth, Mars, Mercury, it will seem like the sun has gone dark. Because all the [sun’s] energy goes to the core of the anomaly, as [the anomaly] jettisons out, it will lose magnetic polarity with the Earth, the sun will take over and the Earth will snap back from 3 o’clock back to 12 o’clock. You don’t want to be near any coast at that time, because you will have the sloshing of the oceans.”

From what Penny has said in her book and in the two podcasts, I recognized that she is riding a timeline to yet another third-density future than either Weston Warren or Marshall Masters are heading toward. In Robes, Penny wrote (my emphasis):

Bulging awkwardly like a pregnant woman in the last trimester, the Earth rolled forward, rolled back, bobbled around a bit, then resettled itself in an entirely new position. The oceans rolled and splashed like water in a bathtub, and even from my distant vantage point I could see considerable destruction as whole sections of land rose up and folded over on themselves, burying everyone and everything, leaving the surface as bare and new as the moon.

For a moment I forgot my disbelief. The blank, empty surface areas in some places looked as though no one, human or animal, had ever even lived there.

This is a description of the same general kind of movement that Weston Warren described, but it concludes differently. Neither of those are the same Pole Shift that takes place on the timeline that goes to the fourth-density version of Planet Earth (which we call Terra). The New Earth that Operation Terra speaks about is the one referred to in Revelation 21:1:

“I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.” (my emphasis)

There will not be any oceans (or water) left on the planet ANYWHERE. While Penny saw that there were places that looked totally new, on the timeline to fourth-density Terra, there will be nowhere on the present planetary surface that has anything above the mineral kingdom. It will all have been flung off into outer space. (in Part 2 of this series, the Hosts talk about the fate of those who are underground.)

In Robes, Penny says that when she wondered what had happened to Michigan, the little men told her:

“It is approximately at the latitude that Arizona once sat. The total amount of this particular shift was only about 17 degrees.”

The drawing in Robes indicates that the shift is southward. However, in the Pole Shift I saw, the shift was 26 degrees southward, the same degree of shift that was depicted in the movie 2012. In Weston Warren’s scenario, the Earth snaps back to its original position, and he comments that a 250-year mini-Ice Age follows, which is NOT what Penny was shown when she was taken forward in time.

In Marshall Masters’ (Planet X) scenario, there is a permanent shift in the rotational axis of the planet, which he says will be northward, not southward, leading to a more temperate climate than we presently experience.

So it seems that all four timelines on which a Pole Shift occurs have now been identified. The Hosts have said that the effects of the anomaly (“Black Star”) that Weston Warren describes is a phenomenon that does occur on the timeline to Terra, but at some point, that timeline and the timeline that goes to Terra will diverge and not experience the same things.

Timing is different across these four timelines, also. According to the Hosts, the timelines that lead to Terra and her fourth-density, negative-polarity opposite are the shortest ones. In his second interview, Weston Warren says that although he and his group of scientists know the trajectory of the Black Star, they do not know the year when it will reach perihelion and those movements occur. Penny does not give a year for the shift she saw and Marshall Masters’ timing for his scenario seems to take place further out in time than the timeline leading to Terra.

On the timeline leading to the fourth-density new earth (which we call Terra), the final Pole Shift will take place after the evacuation occurs. It is my understanding that there is a period I refer to as The Final Cataclysms that occurs after the evacuation and before that final shift, but by then, those who were taken off the planet will be safely aboard the shifts and unaffected by what’s happening on the surface.

The 250-year mini-Ice Age Weston Warren predicts does not occur on any of the three other scenarios, so this may be what he experiences on a fourth timeline, and he is getting that data because it applies to him. At this point in time, all four of these timelines are still in sight of each other, but will ultimately have to separate from each other, because they lead to different outcomes.

When Penny discovered the OT site and saw the reference to the activation of a grid of 12 stargates that would provide the portals to each of the 12 timelines that will emerge from this one shared reality, she focused on the word “grid” and associated it with a global meditation effort called “Fire the Grid,” which took place in 2007. However, that was a totally separate thing, involving a grid made up of hexagons (six-sided flat shapes), which formed a net-like structure that encases the Earth. Penny told me that she does energetic work on that grid even now.

However, the stargate grid is in the shape of an icosahedron, one of the Platonic solids, whose faces are all equilateral triangles. It is external to and surrounds the planet, with each of the 12 vertices acting as the entrance point (portal) to one of the 12 timelines that will emerge from this one shared reality. This grid was activated by a group of people in South America on September 23, 2011. This is not the same thing or event as the grid that Penny is familiar with. (See the images of the stargate grid and the wormholes that connect to the exit points on the page “About OT: The Big Picture”.)

Penny and I both grew up in Michigan, we both had total kundalini awakenings that led to our having the complete set of psychic powers around the same time, and we both “see” and “look” forward and backward in time, as well as travel to other planes of reality. When I spoke with her, it was delightful to discover someone else who knew what I was talking about.

We both had mentors early in our awakening. Penny’s mentors were the little men in monk-like robes that she describes in her book. My mentor was a being named Quaternicus from Constellation Hydra, and his scout ship appeared over the roof of my neighbor’s house at 4 a.m. in August of 1987. My account of that experience and a drawing I did of him is on the “Our Experiences with the OT Ships” page in the Articles section of the OT site.

After I became aware of Marshall Masters, I interacted at length with him via email for a time. I recognize him as a leader on HIS timeline, and I recognize Penny as a leader on HER timeline, which is NOT the timeline to the New Earth we call Terra, but to a third-density version of the present planet. However, in speaking to her, it became evident that she has ALSO been working with the Hosts.

In the Message, “Summing Up,” the Hosts tell us that they have a special function to perform — to see to it that all things get to their “right place.” Their work is not limited to those of us who are heading directly to Terra at this time, but spans everyone and everything on the entire planet.

In “On Probabilities,” the Hosts say that we are approaching a time when window of opportunity for a new beginning, a wholly new Creation, will occur.

“We have known that this opportunity was coming, and we wished to assist in ways that would maximize the harvest for Terra. There are other destinations for those who will not be going to Terra, but Terra is our “project,” you might say, and that is where we put our energy.”

They are also working across all of the other timelines, and before she incarnated this time, Penny seems to have agreed to be a leader on one of the timelines that leads to a continuation and transformation of the third-density consciousness and experience. People who are on THAT timeline may be born onto Terra in the future, but they are not going to experience Terra now, from within their current incarnation.

From emails I have gotten so far, some of the people who have found their way to the OT site because Penny mentioned it are enjoying what they are reading and may be going to Terra at this time. Others are trying to understand where this information fits within their understanding of where their life is taking them at this time and may NOT be going to Terra at this time.

As I explain in the Overview to the Messages, the Messages have been given for three audiences:

1. those who will make the trip to Terra in their present bodies;
2. those who will drop their present bodies and be born onto Terra as the first generation of Terran natives; and
3. those who will drop their bodies, experience more lives on other versions of 3D Earth, and incarnate onto Terra after that.

The codings in the Messages activate those who are making the trip to Terra now and carry the matching codes within themselves. They are also being seeded into the consciousness of those who will make the trip later. The printed books might also be carried onto other timelines by those who buy them now and possibly serve some purpose later.

No matter which of these audiences one is part of, this material is beneficial in some way. The journey is unique for each individual. Even my husband and I have very different experiences as we go through these shifts that are preparing us to go to a higher frequency band.

I felt to send out this mailing as a follow-up to the previous two parts about the relationship between the earth changes and the four timelines on which a Pole Shift will occur. I hope it provides some clarity, both for those who have been following Operation Terra over the years and for those who have just discovered it.

Yesterday, I became aware of the 8.8 earthquake in the ocean east of the Kamatchka Peninsula and the tsunami warnings for Hawaii and the west coast of North America. I immediately thought of the Black Star effects when I saw all of that. Later in the day, I experienced an upwelling of sadness, but didn’t know why. In a personal private message that afternoon, the Hosts gave me the following explanation, which I have their permission to share:

The sadness you are feeling is not so much for yourself, but for what you, in your “knowing”, sense is what’s coming for the world. The earthquake in Russia and its effects is relatively small in comparison to those that will follow.

You will note that the damage reported, despite the size of the quake, was minimal, in part because it occurred in the ocean, away from structures and processes that involved people and their way of life.

This particular quake was a marker for the overall process that is playing out now. It is both actual and metaphorical. The shaking loose of the strains in the Earth’s crust is operating in tandem with the shaking loose of the strains in the global social network. Much upheaval is coming, across all nations, and every person will feel the effects, in one way or another.

That being said, there is good news in this, also. This dramatic climax also marks the end of the suffering that led to this time. There IS a bright day on the other side of this passage, and it will be so for everyone, not just those who are part of Operation Terra.

Once a person has shed their body, there is a release that comes that often is a surprise because it goes against everything you have been taught and told about death. It is the ones who are left behind who experience loss. In the passage through physical death, there is tremendous release and relief, so those who appear to “die” actually have been set free from the difficulties that accompany being in a third-density physical body and a consciousness that is cut off from Source.

In closing, I want to say that everyone will get to their “right place,” no one will be lost, and outside of time, it has all already happened. We are the actors on the stage who have to show up when it’s time for us to do that, speak our lines, perform our actions, interact with the other actors, and fulfill the script for our life. In truth, there is only the Creator, expressing Itself through Its creations, and WE are some of those creations.

One of my most comforting and most challenging passages from the Messages is where the Hosts tell us:

“You must trust that whatever you need to complete your life’s purpose will be provided. That does not mean you will always like how it is wrapped, but every occurrence in your life is a true gift to help you complete your life in the way that was intended for you by your Oversoul.” (from “Calm, Grounded, and Centered”)

For me, that helps a lot when the changes that show up are not pleasant ones, but it also helps me trust the journey itself. I hope it does the same for you.
