ASCENSION IS A PROCESS: THE THREE Rs

Ascension IS a process. The Hosts gave us THREE Messages with that as a title (Parts 1, 2 and 3). Nonetheless, as third-density, veiled humans, we still tend to expect things to occur in clearly defined steps and stages. For example, the events that occurred on September 11, 2001 WERE a marker for a stage that began on that date, but here we are, 24 years later, and that “time of deepening strife and travail” that the Hosts said would come (in the Message “The Time of Ingathering”) is still playing out now.

My husband and I are in the first group of the first wave to be lifted. In a dialog I had with the Hosts on August 26, they said:

The two of you are central players in the unfolding of the entire “op”, and this unfoldment necessarily occurs from the center outward. This is the opposite of what happens with flowers, where the center is the last to open.

You HAVE TO BE the first, in order for the rest to follow. It’s as if everything depends on that center. Without it, there is no structure, and everything takes on a random nature.

Our personal ascension process has been going on for years. We finished working on the website and translations in June of 2024. As I wrote in the October 8, 2024 newsletter, the house my husband and I had rented through a property management agency since January of 2011 took a direct hit from Hurricane Helene. Repairs began on the garage in October, and a tarp was placed over the roof on November 1.

In mid-November, there was a pause in the repairs (I assumed because of the weather), but despite our ongoing reports of leaks and mold growth, nothing further was done. On April 8, 2025, we were told that we were next in line for a roof rebuild. On April 20, the Hosts began working on me energetically in a rather dramatic way, using a method called “sleep paralysis.”

(They told me that my personal situation required it and no one else would experience this. During these sessions, I am awake and aware but unable to move except to breathe. My physical body is separated from my light body, similar to how the blood supply is separated from the physical body in open heart surgery. Sensation and movement return when the work is complete.)

Things came to a head on July 1, 2025 when the tarp tore in such a way that water poured in through the fireplace from the roof. I could not get anyone to fix this for over a week and finally reached out to the owner, who lives in another state. On July 29, the owners, property manager and a general contractor showed up at our door, wanting to look around.

We were told that as soon as there was a forecast for 3 days without rain, we would have one day’s notice to pack a bag and move into a hotel, where we would have to stay until the repairs were done on the roof and the carpeting had been replaced.

I asked the contractor if he had lined up a mold inspection. His reply was that he had someone who could come in and do the spraying, but that would not have addressed the mold in the ducts of the heating/cooling system, so we decided we couldn’t be sure that we would be able to live in the house after they had done whatever they would do. (I am also very sensitive to chemicals of all kinds and generally can’t live in a house where there is flooring material that is less than 2 years old.)

We gave our official notice to vacate on August 1 and then had 30 days to find another place to live. Because of our long list of special needs, there are not many places for us to choose from. The Hosts were very hands-on with our search and either forbade us or actively prevented us from acting on some possible choices, so we kept looking, but did not find.

Because of the increased amount of work being done on us during that time, we THOUGHT we were going to literally disappear entirely into another frequency band and had made arrangements to give all of our possessions (except our car) to someone else who is part of the “op” but would be on the ground longer than we would. We packed almost all of our things and the movers came to take them away on Tuesday, August 26. That evening, we sat in two folding chairs and meditated, expecting the Hosts to come for us in some way.

I was surprised to find myself connecting with and experiencing Oriole (my fifth-density expression as one of the Hosts) instead of Adonna (my fourth-density expression). I saw her/my body in my mind, with every cell outlined with red, green and blue light. EVERY cell was sending out the note for Terra. I also began hearing musical sounds and continue to hear them now. My husband’s voice changed and deepened and has remained that way. I also saw his authentic self for the first time and “knew” that “his innocence has been restored.”

Clearly something had happened, but when dawn came and we were still in those chairs, we decided we had to find a place to live right away. We still had the laptop, so my husband did a quick search and found a new listing for a rental that had not been there the day before. It was not available to be seen until September 2 and we had to be out of our former house before then, so we got back some things from the man we had given them to (primarily our computers,  some food, and a futon lounger that we could sleep on), rented a truck to keep our remaining possessions in and checked into a hotel for 3 days. (On September 4, things finally came together for us to move into a cabin in a remote location that is still within driving distance of where we get our foods and medical/dental care. We are quite isolated there, even though there are other houses nearby.)

The last night we were in the house (August 31), we were guided to meditate and were steadily taken up in frequency for about three hours. I noted when we passed what was called “the Buddha plane” and we kept rising after that. My husband doesn’t usually experience much, but this time he saw cobalt blue light (Archangel Michael’s color) and what looked like trees in black silhouette. We had fully anchored into our fifth-density expressions of Oriole and Galen by the time things came to an end.

I decided to eat an apple at that point in time and was still in that consciousness when I took that first bite. It was an amazing experience! In that first bite of those living juices, the top of my head flew open and I was bodily and consciously connected to the cosmos as a living unity. This was my first glimpse of what it’s like to be in full connection. There are simply not words to describe it.

The paralysis sessions have continued throughout this entire period and still occur at least once a day for me, so this process also continues. Much of the time, I am aware of Oriole more than I am of “Sara,” although that varies according to whether I am engaging with third-density things or not. My husband is also experiencing changes daily and the last time we went into town, he had trouble recognizing certain areas we drove through as we did our errands. He said it was as if he was seeing them from somewhere else.

This morning, I awoke from the second session of the preceding night and had some insights as to what this process is about and where it’s taking us. We have a short-term lease on this cabin and this morning I understood that the 3Rs of our process are for us to Rest, Recover (from what we have gone through since Helene) and the Restoration to who and what we were before.

After each of these paralysis sessions, Oriole is more fully anchored within this third-density body and it’s often strange to sense that. Each distinct density had its own type of body. The kinds of bodies we currently inhabit are typical third-density bodies, with all of their variations in terms of recognized Earth races. Each succeeding density is more abstract, has less physical mass and more spiritual mass.

Fourth-density bodies are glorified versions of third-density bodies, more perfected in both form and consciousness. At fifth-density (the Hosts operate in the higher regions of fifth-density), most beings resemble the kind of “alien” that we associate with the Roswell crash. They do not have hair on their heads or body, have large oval eyes that are at an angle in their faces, and long, slim arms, legs and bodies. Oriole is 10 feet (3 meters) tall and Galen is 12 feet (3.66 meters) tall.

I can choose to experience Oriole within me at any time, and when I do, it’s as if I AM an “alien” of that description, experiencing through this third-density body. When the Hosts say that we will be back with them again, face-to-face, I believe this is where this is taking us. My husband still goes back and forth between being his third-density self and his Galen self, but when he is connecting with Galen, his experience of me is similar to what I experienced with that first bite of that apple when I was still in that consciousness. It is ecstatic.

There is one more thing I would like to mention that I became aware of this morning. It was a clear realization that we are not ANY of these bodies. Our actual nature is as a field of consciousness that can focus itself in particular forms and expressions, but we are truly a field of consciousness. That is what the elohim are: vast fields of self-aware intelligent consciousness. The Hosts conclude the very first Message with this observation:

The elohim are here. They have incarnated as ordinary humans in order to act as lightning rods to draw down and anchor the energy of change and to assist in the birthing of the new age.

WE are those elohim, and this process is enabling us to Rest, Recover, and ultimately to be Restored to that identity. Right now, I am most aware of my expression as Oriole, one of the Hosts.

In closing, I would like to add some other observations I made as we went through this abrupt stripping away of the life we had been living before. One is how much we are creatures of habit and how unconscious habits are. Another is how much we choose our possessions to reflect our self-perceptions back to us and how they continue to keep reflecting and maintaining that self-perception until the possessions are no longer there.

In the experience I had on August 26, Oriole made it clear just how burdensome our possessions are. When we are back in full connection and can manifest anything directly, we won’t need such possessions anymore and we won’t need to drag them with us if we change our location. When we have left third-density life behind, a lot of how we have defined ourselves will also be left behind.

If leaving things and/or identity behind causes you some anxiety, I feel it is appropriate to conclude with what the Hosts told us on August 26:

You do not yet see yourselves as WE see you, so dear ones, be gentle and loving with each other, let yourselves feel ALL of the feelings and emotions that rise up within you as you let go of so much of the past. It is time for a new beginning, in a new place, surrounded by new people, a time in which your sorrow and pain will fall away, leaving only peace, joy and love in their wake.

Beloveds, you are coming home to that which you have always been, and the only losses you will experience now is the loss of everything that is NOT consistent with who and what you really are.

Amen, Adonoy Sbayoth. We are the Hosts of Heaven, your brothers and sisters in the many mansion worlds of the One Infinite Creator, which is All That Is.
