By definition, a timeline is a linear representation of important events in the order in which they occur. It can also mean a schedule for events that are supposed to occur. Both of these meanings apply when we are talking about the timeline for Operation Terra.

I have emphasized the word “linear” in the above definition because it describes the experience of everything that occurs WITHIN the parameters of space and time in a physical reality. However, the Creator, the elohim, and the Oversouls exist OUTSIDE OF time. They are not physical manifestations, so they operate outside of time because time only exists as an aspect of physical expression.

An event occurs at a specific location at a specific time or within a specific timeframe. It is unique. A similar event may occur in another location and/or at another time, but each of those events is defined by when and where it took place within a physical reality.

Events also occur and can be perceived in non-physical realities, but they cannot be defined in linear terms because in non-physical realities, everything is present simultaneously. One can access any event whenever one wants to do so, just by placing their attention on it.

For those of us who are still veiled, linear time is what we are most familiar with and we usually think of past, present, and future as being laid out along a single line like beads on a string. We assume “past” occurs before “present,” which in turn occurs before “future.” However, in actuality, past, present and future coexist simultaneously. If I choose to, I can perceive forward and/or backwards in time by using my subtle senses.

I have experienced being one of the 144,000 elohim who came together to precipitate this sector of reality out of our beingness 4.5+ billion years ago, and I have experienced Terra as she will be when fully colonized. Those two circumstances are the beginning and end points of the sequence of events that define the timeline for Operation Terra.

We are now witnessing the final years of that timeline and will see it through to its completion approximately 250-300 Earth years from now, when Terra is fully colonized and a new group of elohim takes over the responsibility for the rest of that particular journey.

All of it already exists, has already happened, and was already present at the very beginning of that timeline. It is a known outcome, so the mystery lies in making the journey itself, not in the nature of the result. However, the only way I can describe what HAS happened and what WILL happen is in the linear terms of past, present and future, so that is the approach I will use to describe the timeline for Operation Terra.

The CONTEXT for Operation Terra is a cosmology in itself. Prior to the moment in which Operation Terra was conceived, the Creator had Its First Thought. It thought that it would like to create beings that would then create other beings and through all of that, the Creator could experience Itself through Its creations. The elohim were the result of that First Thought and they then created everything else so that the Creator could experience Itself through it.

At first, there was only the single, positive polarity of “service to others” (STO). Everything existed solely to serve others, including the Creator Itself. Everything was very harmonious and did not provide much drama for the Creator to experience through Its creations, so It had another Thought. It created the negative polarity of “service to self” (STS), whose nature was to serve itself above all others, and this introduced the behaviors of selfishness, greed, and competition (instead of cooperation), along with the emotion of fear and its derivatives, anger, rage and hate.

The negative polarity actively spread throughout the manifest Creation and everywhere it became dominant, it sought to satisfy its perpetual desire for “more.” This provided much more drama for the Creator to experience, but it was also very destructive and eventually created a negative spiral that would destroy everything if it was not somehow stopped.

The Creator then had another Thought. It had satisfied Its desire for more drama and wished to preserve and restore the rest of what It had created, so Its next Thought was the idea of restoring the Creation to its original state and returning everything to the way it originally had been before the negative polarity had been inserted into the mix.

In response to this particular Divine Idea, a group of 144,000 elohim joined together to furnish the circumstances that would provide that restoration, and Operation Terra was born. Those elohim made a pact with each other to be responsible for Operation Terra and keep it on course until its goals were fulfilled. There were many times when the elohim had to produce extensions of themselves in order to counter the effects of negative polarity influences and this time in which we live is one of those times.

The elohim have incarnated as ordinary humans and are walking around on the surface of the planet, but they are not ordinary humans. They have a special task to perform, and they are going to achieve it. It has already happened outside of time, and they are the players that will carry it out WITHIN time.

Operation Terra is not just about Planet Earth. It will certainly restore Planet Earth’s destiny to become Terra, but once she is fully established, the emergence of Terra will also mark a turning point — the shift from the “outbreath” to the “inbreath” and the path that leads to reabsorption back into the godhead for the entire manifest reality, paving the way for a new outbreath to occur.

This will also reverse the outward expansion of the negative polarity until all is as it was in that earlier phase of the cosmos, and the negative polarity will ultimately disappear. The emergence of Terra will also mark a new phase for the galactic mind.

All manifestations have consciousness. Planets and stars are conscious beings, and so are galaxies and universes. Our Milky Way Galaxy is only one of hundreds of billions of galaxies in the known universe, and Planet Earth is just a speck that revolves around an insignificant star located in the outer fringes of that galaxy.

However, when Terra is fully colonized, the interaction and cooperation between all of the galactic cultures that are represented there will pave the way for a new phase of cooperation and harmony throughout the entire galaxy, and THAT will change the nature of the galactic mind. Eventually that change will spread to other galaxies and will ultimately penetrate and affect the entire manifest Creation.

Just as WE are seeds for a new level of cooperation across all lifeforms, Terra will act as the seed for a new level of cooperation across all inhabited planets, and through those planets, the consciousness of their respective suns will be affected and changed.

Operation Terra marks the restoration phase for the entire manifest Creation, and its effects will extend beyond counting. That being said, our PRESENT focus is on the immediate future, when there will be a series of events that precede and directly lead to Planet Earth’s ascension and transformation into Terra and the concurrent ascension and transformation of everything that will be transplanted onto her from Earth. The first phase of this will involve the transformation of the first and second waves of future Terrans who are part of the “ground crew” at the time of this writing. (See The Structure of the “Op” page for more detail about this.) They will join with the rest of the galactic volunteers to remove everyone and everything from the surface of Planet Earth that is making the trip to Terra at this time, a process/event that we refer to as the evacuation. (see The Current Process page for more detail about this.)

The majority of those making the trip from Planet Earth to Terra at this time are the millions who make up the third wave and those who will accompany them in the field. The third wave will go through the period the Hosts have referred to as “The Last Days” and “The Time of Sorrows” in order to be mentally and emotionally prepared to accept being taken on board our ships during the evacuation.

The world conditions that will characterize that time are becoming increasingly visible to those “with eyes to see,” and all signs point to the fruition of what the Hosts have told us about those times. The estimate I am being given for this preparatory period is 3-5 years, but the Hosts do not experience linear time, so that is just an estimate, based on what they can observe about what is taking place “down here.” There have been surprises in the past, and there may be more surprises in the future. Nonetheless, no matter how long it takes to play out, it’s clear where it’s all going and there is nothing more to be said on that subject.

To summarize, those of the first and second waves will be lifted first and transformed so that they can play their part in evacuating the rest. The fleets of ships will be temporary processing centers until the evacuees can debark onto Midway Station, where everything will remain until it is time to physically transfer to Terra.

Following the evacuation, the earth changes will culminate in an abrupt and cataclysmic Pole Shift that will throw off everything (including her oceans and all forms of water) except the bedrock of the planet, and no lifeforms will be left, either on the surface or beneath it. Other timelines will experience different scenarios, so the descriptions on this page only apply to the timeline for Operation Terra.

In addition to those who have made their way to Terra from Earth, other planetary civilizations from higher-density, positive polarity planets will also create colonies on Terra. They will be intimately involved in developing the plans for colonization and carry out their own actions in keeping with those plans. The Earth contingent will be ready to disembark onto Terra approximately 20-25 years after their arrival on Midway Station.

Once Terra is fully colonized and all structures are in place to properly receive the next generation, children will be conceived and born onto Terra and mature into the adults who will take over the governance of Terra from then on. This will mark the official end of the Operation Terra project and a new group of elohim will oversee Terra after that. After colonization begins, it will take approximately 150-200 Earth years before that final shift takes place. Once that has occurred, the pioneers will leave Terra and go on to other experiences and Operation Terra will finally end.
